The rotational molding process
- Powder Filling: First, we manually load Roto Moulded Grade Polymer Powder into the mold and seal it.
- Heating and Rotation: The mold is then placed in a heating oven, where forced hot air circulates while the mold rotates about two perpendicular axes. This heating and rotation lead to the uniform melting of the powder within the mold.
- Cooling: After heating, the mold is opened, and the product is transported to a cooling station where air cools the mold.
