Invoit Plast Machinery Pvt Ltd Products This paper titled “Medical blister recycling machine” focused on the recycling of aluminum waste like medical blisters, aluminum foils, etc, and reusing this aluminum as a useful product. Our survey in regard to society revealed the fact that most people are throwing away products like medical blisters, aluminum foil, etc to the surroundings as waste after use, which may result in the increase of aluminum concentration in soil and water bodies. So, large parts of both the terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems are affected. There is a significant cost reduction in the recycling of aluminum when compared with the production of new aluminum. Even when cost like the cost of collection, cost of separation, and cost of recycling is taken into account over the long term. Also, larger national savings are made which reduces the capital cost that is associated with the mines, landfills, international shipping of aluminum, etc.
The aluminum and plastic materials are firstly crushed by the knife crusher into 10mm pieces and then ground by the water cooling turbo type grinding machine into aluminum and plastic fine powders. Then separated by the rotary screen, the big size will back into the grinding machine, and the fine powders will into the electrostatic separator, finally the aluminum and plastic would be separated.
Aluminum powder is a metal, which can be directly recycled and reused, and plastic powder can be processed and used as a raw material.
